INGREDIENTS
  • 1 double pie crust
  • 3/4 cup flour
  •  1 egg slightly beaten
  • 2-1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • whipping cream for topping
PREPARATION Prepare your pie crusts and set aside. Mix sugar and flour well. In a separate bowl, mix 1 cup of whipping cream and egg. Stir well and add to sugar mixture.

Heat just enough to dissolve the sugar (3-5 minutes). Pour into pastry shell. Cut top shell into strips 3/4-inch wide and lattice them on top. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 15 to 20 minutes. When done, cool and serve with whipped cream.
