PREPARATION | Combine
all dry ingredients. In a bowl, beat eggs; add a little milk. Pour over
dry ingredients and stir, adding more milk to make a clearn, fairly thin
batter.
On a hot skillet, greased with Crisco or other shortening, pour a large tablespoon of batter. Let cook and turn over, cooking both sides until dry. Serve with maple syrup, jam or brown sugar or butter and roll to be eaten like a hog dog. |
